MLL acted as legal advisor to Invenda Group AG in its Series A2 Financing Round
MLL is proud to have accompanied innovative technology start-up Invenda Group AG in its Series A2 Financing Round where additional CHF 2 million have been raised from existing and new investors. Invenda develops automated retail technology for vending machines, smart fridges and mini-bars, kiosks and more based on IoT with remote management, personalisation and promotional opportunities. Invenda aims to be the operating ecosystem for automated retail.
The transaction closed on 29 April 2021. The MLL team was led by partner Dr. Mark Montanari (corporate & M&A) and further consisted of Evelien Zemp (corporate & M&A / notarial services) and Jacqueline Temperli (corporate & M&A / notarial services).
