Michael Ritscher delivers welcome speech at the 75th anniversary event of the Swiss Forum for Communications Law on 1 July 2022 in Bern
Michael Ritscher, who heads MLL Legal’s IP Practice Group, is also President of INGRES, the most active Swiss association in IP law. On July 1, 2022, he delivered a greeting message at the ceremony celebrating 75 years of the Swiss Forum for Communications Law.
The other contributors were the Head of the Federal Office of Justice, Dr. Michael Schöll, the Vice Director of the Federal Office of Communications, Thomas Schneider, the Director of the Institute of Intellectual Property, Dr. Catherine Chammartin, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, Dr. Adrian Lobsiger, Prof. Dr. Thomas Dreier from the University of Karlsruhe, Prof. Dr. Martin Senftleben from the University of Amsterdam, and, as keynote speaker, Nathalie Wappler, Director of SRF and Deputy Director General SRG.
