AIMA & MLL Regulatory Updates
MLL is proud to announce its collaboration with AIMA (Alternative Investment Management Association).
We look forward to welcoming AIMA members as well as friends and clients of MLL to our first joint Regulatory Updates that will take place in Geneva on Monday, 19 November and in Zurich on Tuesday, 20 November 2018.
Jiri Krol, Deputy CEO, Global Head of Government Affairs, AIMA will address the following topics:

- EU/UK/US cross-border issues in a post-Brexit world
- Value for money in asset management – competition, fees, transparency
- MiFID – implementation and ongoing issues (capital, remuneration, third country access)
Stephanie Comtesse, attorney-at-law, Financial Services and Products will address:
- The impact of the new Swiss Financial Services Act (“FinSA”) and the new Swiss Financial Institutions Act (“FinIA”) on the Swiss market for Alternative Investments.
