AIJA Event – Trusts and Continental law: is this marriage possible?
The International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) seminar 'Trusts and Continental law: is this marriage possible?' will take place in Geneva from 14-16 November 2019.
MLL Partner Julien Tron is Vice-President of the International Private and Family Law Commission of the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and chairs the Organisation Committee of this upcoming AIJA event.
The programme will address a wide range of topics across many fields of law, including trust structures, related tax rulings and issues, real estate matters, and trust litigation, among others. This will be a great opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with lawyers dealing with trusts and related legal topics, as well as to discover Geneva.
