Event for Women Founders | Investment/Financing Round: What to prepare; what to expect
On 26 November 2021 MLL is co-organising an event with Sandborn for female entrepreneurs about the most relevant legal issues relating to financing rounds.
At this event MLL Partner Karin Oberlin will focus on the topic “Investment / Financing Round – What to prepare; what to expect”, giving participants insight into legal issues that may arise during a financing round and how to address them. This event is organised by company builder Sandborn together with Karin Oberlin and Louisa Galbraith from MLLStart! – MLL’s start-up desk. It is aimed at female founders, who will have the opportunity to ask legal questions in the group. Karin Oberlin is a partner at MLL and co-heads the firm’s MLLStart! desk that is specialised in advising start-ups on all aspects of their growth journey.
