At MLL Legal, we promote a culture of continuous learning and active participation through our MLL Academy. Developed in collaboration with our colleagues, the Academy ensures that all training content is relevant, practical, and aligned with the needs of our teams. Whether you are a lawyer, trainee, or part of our business support staff, you will find a broad range of learning opportunities – from technical legal training and further education (including LL.M. option) to people skills workshops, knowledge-sharing forums, and seminars. Most internal sessions can be attended virtually and are recorded, offering flexible learning formats that fit individual schedules and allow for self-paced development.

In addition to our internal programme, we also support external courses and role specific learning paths to help colleagues deepen both their legal and business competencies. Our aim is to empower every team member to grow with confidence and stay ahead in a fast-moving professional environment.
