Vanessa Oesch

Vanessa Oesch is a junior associate in the offices in Baar and Zurich. She supports MLL Legal’s partners and associates in a variety of legal areas, in particular in corporate law, contract law and private international law matters. Prior to joining MLL Legal, she worked as an auditor and clerk at the Cantonal Court of Zug, at the Fed. Office of Justice (Fed. Commercial Register Office) as well at a commercial law firm and a major bank.
Vanessa Oesch holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Lucerne. During her studies, she participated in an UNCITRAL Working Group II (NYC) as well as in the John H. Jackson Moot Court in WTO Law and completed the Hague Academy of International Law in The Hague.
