Dr. Simon Reuter, LL.M.

Simon Reuter is a member of the IP team in our office in Zurich. He represents and advises our clients in all contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of IP law and competition law. He is particularly experienced in international patent litigation and has inter alia participated in numerous proceedings concerning standard-essential patents as well as the related FRAND objection. He regularly provides legal advice in the fields of life sciences, electronics, mechanical engineering, telecommunications, and network technology.

Before joining our firm, Simon worked for many years as an associate and later as a counsel for international law firms in Munich, where he gained valuable experience in intellectual property law and competition law. Both his doctorate at the University of Wurzburg and his LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley focused on these areas.
