Sévane Tadevossian

Sévane Tadevossian is an associate lawyer in our firm’s Corporate & M&A team in Geneva. Her main practice areas focus on advising clients on M&A transactions, general corporate law and restructuring of companies. She advises companies on all types of transactions and on all corporate law issues.

As a litigator, she assists clients in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.

During her studies, Sévane first joined the firm as a summer intern in 2018, and subsequently gained legal experience in four well-known law firms in Geneva. Internationally, she has interned for a law firm in New York City and for an international tribunal in The Hague in the Netherlands.

Before her career in law, she has worked for 8 years for various international organizations and nonprofits in the field of international affairs, after completing her studies at the University of Exeter (UK) and the Graduate Institute of Geneva (IHEID).

Since then, Sévane has obtained a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (ECAV) and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Human Rights from the University of Geneva. Additionally, she holds an English law LL.B (BPP Law School London) and an LL.M (University of Turin). She is admitted to the bar in Switzerland since January 2024.

Sévane sat on the Committee of the Young Bar section of the Geneva Bar Association from 2022 to 2023, and was a Board Member of the Women’s Business Society from 2020 to 2024.
