Niloufar Najafi

Niloufar Najafi is an associate in MLL Legal’s dispute resolution group in Zurich. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border litigation. She also advises clients in national and cross-border insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

Niloufar was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Zurich. Prior to joining MLL Legal she worked as a legal trainee and law clerk at the District Court of Buelach. Her professional experience also includes an internship in one of the Big Four companies.
