Nicole Hilpert, LL.M.

Nicole Hilpert is a Senior Associate in MLL Legal’s Employment Law & Social Security group and a member of the Dispute Resolution Team in Zurich. Her practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. She also advises clients on all aspects of employment law, in particular individual and collective dismissals, restructuring, bonus and compensation schemes and data protection.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Nicole completed an LL.M. program at New York University, USA and worked for several years at two major international law firms in Zurich. Nicole was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from University of Basel.
