Profile
Mathieu Marchal is a Junior Associate at MLL Legal’s Geneva office since September 2024.
He holds a Bachelor and a Master of Laws from the University of Geneva (magna cum laude). Mathieu also completed an exchange semester at KU Leuven in Belgium.
During his studies, Mathieu worked as a compliance assistant in a Big Four audit firm. He was also an assistant to Prof. Jacques de Werra during the 2022 edition of the WIPO-UNIGE Summer School on Intellectual Property.
Prior to joining the firm, Mathieu gained valuable experience working as a legal intern at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property in Bern.
Mathieu is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of German.
