Maša Kojic

Maša Kojić’s practice focuses on advising clients in the areas of data protection, technology law, and regulatory compliance. She also advises on contract negotiations and assists in addressing legal challenges related to both clinical and non-clinical research.

Maša Kojić has extensive expertise in data privacy, information technology, and the regulation of emerging technologies. She advises clients on compliance projects, offering strategic counsel on navigating complex legal frameworks. Her practice also encompasses contract negotiation and drafting, ensuring legal protections and alignment with industry standards. Additionally, Maša offers guidance on both clinical and non-clinical research matters, supporting organizations in meeting legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare and technology sectors. Before joining MLL Legal, Maša worked as an in-house lawyer in the pharma and fintech industries, and as a lawyer in an established law office abroad.

Maša is passionate about research and is currently a PhD candidate in the Biomedical Ethics and Law program at the University of Zurich.
