Profile

Kevin M. Hubacher co-leads the firm’s insurance practice group and is a member of the Corporate & M&A department and the China Desk. His practice focuses on insurance regulatory law and insurance contract law as well as mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He regularly advises on general corporate matters, solvent restructurings and matters of contract law. Kevin M. Hubacher is a lecturer in law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Kevin M. Hubacher worked in the insurance working group and Corporate / M&A team of another major law firm in Zurich. He also spent several months on a legal secondment at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. He holds a PhD of the University of Lucerne and a master of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He is fluent in German and English and can communicate in Chinese.
