Bettina Klein

Bettina is a senior associate in MLL Legal’s capital markets and corporate / M&A team in Zurich. Bettina focuses on advising privately held and listed companies on all types of capital market transactions, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions as well as general corporate and contract law.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Bettina worked several years at a major international law firm in Zurich (with a six-month secondment in London, UK) and as an in-house counsel with a major Swiss bank. She trained with mid-size business law firms in Zurich and Madrid, Spain, and worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich. She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2017.
