MLL Legal advised Swissroc Asset Management on the acquisition of a strategically located industrial site in the municipality of Bas-Intyamon, in the Fribourg region. 

Constructed in 2011, the site aligns with Swissroc Asset Management’s investment strategy to build a robust, diversified, and sustainable industrial portfolio across Switzerland. Ideally situated in the heart of Gruyère, the property benefits from excellent transport connectivity and offers flexible space configurations suitable for industrial, administrative, and logistics operations. 

The transaction contributes to the strengthening of Swissroc Asset Management’s presence in Western Switzerland and supports the development of regional industrial capabilities. It also enhances the geographic and sectoral diversification of the company’s portfolio through the integration of a high-quality asset dedicated to food production and storage.
