MLL Legal advised Vsquared Ventures as lead investor in the seed financing round of Synthara AG
On 5 June 2024, Synthara AG has announced the successful closing of its financing round led by Vsquared Ventures II GmbH & Co. KG and including OTB Ventures, Onsight Ventures, Deep Tech Labs, and existing investors.
MLL Legal assisted Vsquared Ventures II GmbH & Co. KG as lead investor in the seed financing round of the Swiss company Synthara AG.
The engineering start-up Synthara AG, a spin-off of ETH Zurich, is developing chip designs to get portable devices up to speed with AI applications. They enable seamless integration of in-memory computing to existing embedded chips, delivering a 100x boost to speed and energy efficiency.
