We are pleased to announce that Jean Marguerat will be a guest speaker at the Geneva Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, which will take place on 20 June 2024 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva.
This event is co-hosted by the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and will feature various sessions focused on Arbitration, Mediation, International Trade, Investment, Intellectual Property, Construction, and Energy.
