Andrea Sieber elected to the Board of Directors of SoftwareOne Holding AG
We are pleased to announce that Andrea Sieber, partner and Co-Head of the Corporate M&A Practice Group of MLL Legal, has been elected on 18 April 2024 as member of the Board of Directors at SoftwareOne Holding AG, a leading global software and cloud solutions provider.
She assumes the role of the Lead Independent Director and is appointed as a chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee (NCC).
